What Studsly is
Studsly is a tool for registering and keeping track of a LEGO collection. The service is under development and is currently offered to invited users.
Your account
You need a working email address. You are responsible for access to that mailbox, since signing in goes through it. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
Your content is yours
You own what you put in — registrations, notes and photos. We make no claim to it and use it for nothing other than providing the service to you. You can ask for all of it back, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
About the value estimates
Studsly shows estimates of what your items might be worth. They are calculated from historical sale prices on BrickLink and are not an appraisal. They do not tell you what you would get in a sale, and they are not a promise of what an insurer will pay out. If the value is going to be used for anything involving money, it needs to be confirmed by someone who can stand behind it.
The same goes for exported insurance documentation: it shows what you registered yourself. Whether an insurer accepts that as a basis is up to the insurer.
About the catalogue data
Set, part and minifigure data comes from Rebrickable, price data from BrickLink. We do not control those sources and cannot guarantee that everything is correct or complete. The catalogue is not exhaustive, and newer sets may be missing.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Studsly is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We cannot promise that it is always available, error-free or uninterrupted, and we are actively developing it — features may change.
We back up the database, but you should not let Studsly be the only place your overview exists. You can export your data at any time, and we recommend that you do.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss — such as lost profit, a lost sale, or loss arising because a value estimate turned out to be wrong. For direct loss, our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service over the past twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be disclaimed under Norwegian law.
What you may not do
You may not attempt to reach anyone else's data, extract the catalogue data at scale to build a competing service, or load the service in a way that degrades it for others.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will say so by email when we do — unless there is an urgent security reason not to.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes belong before the Norwegian courts.
